Regal Motors Launches Prince Pearl with Full Details and Pricing
The hatchback that everyone had been waiting for was finally launched. When competing with United Bravo, Prince Pearl looks promising enough for these features.
While Bravo was launched by a Chinese manufacturer for a mixed response, the company was forced to relaunch it late last year. Yesterday, Pearl was officially launched by DFSK in Lahore.
Interestingly, the direct confrontation with Mahu started with Mehran, but since Mehran was shut down, it would head against Pearl to capture the market.
So, without further ado, here is Prince Pearl in full glory:
Exterior
This is a step up from the Mehran with modern LED lights and front fog lamps, oval rims, and the rear, rear lights in the middle.
This gives it a stylish and modern look that is to be expected from any modern hatchback and large front curved and slightly curved bumper.
When you close the mymedic.es car, the side mirrors are body colored and automatically retract. It also offers LED turn signals on the side mirrors, which is not the case with other cars in this price range.
Moving backwards, it features round / curved aesthetics. There are some interesting quotes though. “Prince” and “Pearl” are available in completely different fonts with Prince written in All Caps. Also the taillights look big enough but when you activate them, it has a small shape like an arrow.
Interior
Pearl unlike the Suzuki Mehran and the new Alto, the interior looks more premium with silver / wood accents (depending on your choice) on the door and dashboard. It’s like Bravo, which also includes a wood accent.
The speedometer looks like:
It has standard features such as an infotainment system that supports USB / AUX, and it is important to point out that it has a digital instrument cluster (shown above) that is already replaced by the car it replaces is better.
The 9-inch LCD touch screen is an Android-based infotainment system with Bluetooth, SD card and AUX cable support.
In the back, the wood / silver accent continues with electric windows on the back (a feature in the Suzuki Wagon R’s base model) and a storage compartment.
The rear seats feature both head choices and seat belts. It seems as though the league room is less deserted.
Unlike United Bravo, Prince Pearl comes with spare tire, but the place looks strange because the company hid it under a plastic base and even gave it a look. Still, there seems to be plenty of trunk size for its size.
The Pearl is powered by a water-cooled 796CC EFI engine that includes an overhead camshot and a manual four gear transmission. It is fair to say that the Price Pearl will also get the automatic variant, however, it will be launched later.
Price and complete specifications
